About The Client: A leading player in the renewable energy sector, committed to driving sustainable and secure energy solutions in Saudi Arabia and beyond. Currently, embarking on a prestigious renewable energy project based in Riyadh that demands exceptional OT/ICS security expertise to ensure the highest levels of protection.
Role Overview: As a Senior OT/ICS Security Advisor, you will take a leadership role in shaping the security posture of our critical infrastructure systems. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of functions, from conducting comprehensive assessments of existing OT security and compliance against industry best practices (IEC 62443) to steering transformative security projects aimed at bolstering security resilience across our operational landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the review of OT Security and Compliance across multiple client sites, benchmarking against industry standards (IEC 62443) and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and oversee security transformation initiatives that elevate our security posture and resilience.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with international security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on OT/ICS security matters, offering insights into emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
- Travel within the KSA region as needed to engage with various project sites, while primarily operating from our Riyadh base.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in OT/ICS security, with a proven track record of leading security assessments and transformation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and frameworks, particularly IEC 62443.
- Strong understanding of emerging threats and trends in OT/ICS security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of liaising with technical and non-technical teams.
- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, GICSP, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel within the KSA region.
