Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Security Testing Consultant to join our clients dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the security testing capabilities and will be instrumental in the development and implementation of security principles, policies, and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced penetration testing, leveraging relevant experience and qualifications.
- Actively participate in the creation and improvement of security policies and technical standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify, estimate, and execute security testing activities.
- Enhance internal non-CHECK testing capabilities and establish robust testing methodologies.
- Develop and maintain essential process documentation, playbooks, and support materials for security testing.
- Generate detailed technical proposals and reports for each testing initiative.
- Offer expert guidance and advice on security testing to various projects.
- Manage engagements with third-party penetration testers for projects requiring CHECK testing.
- Scope, conduct, and support comprehensive security assessments, including penetration testing and other non-functional security evaluations.
- Provide expertise in vulnerability management and continual security compliance for both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
- Work closely with project and program leaders, offering subject matter expertise in security testing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in penetration testing and security assessments.
- Strong knowledge of security principles and technical standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to threat and vulnerability management.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in security testing and cybersecurity.
