C&#8217;est ce que souligne une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e par Fortinet. Parmi les entreprises ayant connu un incident de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, huit sur dix mettent en avant un d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences. Selon le \u00ab Cyber Workforce Report 2021 \u00bb de (ISC)\u00b2 cit\u00e9 dans l&#8217;\u00e9tude de Fortinet, la couverture des besoins supposerait d&#8217;accro\u00eetre le nombre de sp\u00e9cialistes en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 65 %. Cependant, sur un an, le nombre de postes non-pourvus en la mati\u00e8re est pass\u00e9 de 3,12 millions \u00e0 2,72 millions dans le monde. Selon l&#8217;\u00e9tude de Fortinet, 60 % des r\u00e9pondants peinent \u00e0 recruter et 52 % \u00e0 retenir les talents.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le monde, 64 % des entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes d&#8217;une cyber-attaque ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 un co\u00fbt financier direct (pertes de revenus, co\u00fbts de restauration, sanctions financi\u00e8res&#8230;). De ce fait, les comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs s&#8217;interrogent sur la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans 88 % des cas et 76 % recommandent d&#8217;\u00e9toffer les effectifs en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le r\u00f4le des certifications et des formations certifiantes est reconnu par 95 % des r\u00e9pondants. 81 % pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent embaucher des personnels d\u00e9j\u00e0 certifi\u00e9s mais 91 % sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 investir pour que des collaborateurs soient form\u00e9s et certifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour combler les d\u00e9ficits, plus des deux tiers des r\u00e9pondants encouragent les recrutements de femmes ou de minorit\u00e9s, populations largement d\u00e9ficitaires dans les effectifs. 89 % ont des objectifs explicites en la mati\u00e8re, 75 % ayant des programmes formalis\u00e9s en faveur des femmes, 59 % en faveur des minorit\u00e9s et 51 % en faveur des seniors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A propos de l&#8217;\u00e9tude:<\/strong><br \/>\nL&#8217;\u00e9tude \u00ab 2022 Cybersecurity Skills Gap Report \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Fortinet.
