Adeptis is an ambitious and growing business with a prominent global brand, in a dynamic market.<\/p>\n<p>This is a 360-recruitment role that will involve new business developing, client management, as well as candidate sourcing and process management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Suitable candidates should have a proven track record of identifying and onboarding new clients in the European Renewable Energy market and delivering consistent billings as a 360 recruitment consultant. &nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">THE ROLE<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">360 recruitment, targeting Renewable Energy firms across Europe.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Proactive sales, business development and prospecting<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">On boarding and growing new accounts<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Candidate sourcing, matching candidates to job opportunities and arranging interviews<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Speaking to clients about the candidates and selling them into the company<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Giving feedback to candidates about their interviews<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Managing the full recruitment life cycle<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Using video software to pitch for new business<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Managing accounts and liaising with clients on a regular basis<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Meeting clients face to face<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Attending trade shows for business development and market insight<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">THE REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">18+ months of 360 recruitment experience in the Renewable Energy sector<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Self-starter with a proven track record of onboarding new business<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">A good commercial attitude and hunger for success<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm\"><span style=\"background-color:white\"><span style=\"color:black\">Location: Croydon, UK &ndash;
