Cybersecurity VP of Sales | East Coast (Hybrid)
Salary – $200,000 – $250,000 + 100% OTE (50/50 split)

Vulnerability management, Attack surface management, SIEM, threat intelligence.
Adeptis Group is currently recruiting for a VP Sales based on the East Coast on behalf of a Startup cybersecurity vendor who are undergoing an exciting period of global expansion.
As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for building your business, driving revenue, driving efficiency improvement for your team, generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to the company’s growth.
They are looking for someone who has experience in a start-up environment that can use their skills to scale the company quickly and efficiently.
As a highly reputed US-based company, commended for their high employee satisfaction ratings, you will be representing the company’s acclaimed solution through the technical expertise you provide to organisations at risk of data breaches.
THE ROLE:
· Represent the company and the security solution value to pre-existing and prospective clients.
· Engagement with prospect executive decision makers within largescale organisations
· Staying up to date with new products, services, and pricing models
· Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
· Developing and maintaining an accurate pipeline and timely sales forecasts
· Using solution selling techniques to increase revenue for the company’s technical product.
· Driving opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
· Managing all aspects of the sales cycle. Building and executing strategies to increase business within your territory.
THE REQUIREMENTS
· 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions sales, with at least 6 years of experience within the cybersecurity field
· 5+ years in an executive sales position within the cybersecurity field
· Demonstrated previous experience exceeding sales objectives and growing/managing a sales territory plan.
· In depth knowledge of the market in relation to organisations and their needs
· Evidenced success managing the enterprise sales cycle and exceeding annual revenue targets.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to manage relationships at an internal/external executive level.
· Experience in working within a start-up environment.
· Experience in cybersecurity startups is a necessity.
· Required segments are Vulnerability management, Attack surface management, SIEM, threat intelligence.
