Location: Munich or Berlin

Purpose of the role:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving revenue 
targets within a specific region. This role focuses on leading and motivating a sales team, 
implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners
as well as having a sales development plan. The primary purpose of the role is to maximize sales 
growth, expand market presence, and ensure operational excellence in the assigned region.
Responsibilities of the role:
Sales Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business 
growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for market 
expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product positioning, pricing, and promotional 
activities.
Operational Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth sales operations within the region, including forecasting, pipeline 
management, and reporting.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
• Implement and monitor sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other regional sales managers to share best practices and drive consistent 
performance across the organization.
Team and Personal Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to enhance 
sales skills.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages high performance and 
professional growth.
• Continuously develop personal sales and leadership skills through ongoing learning and 
development initiatives.
Client and Partner Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding 
their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, crossselling, and customer satisfaction improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing initiatives 
and campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the 
brand and expand the network of contacts.
