Adeptis Group are currently partnered with a prominent UK based power company who are currently looking for a Security Analyst to join their team of specialist in the Operational Security Field and help with securing their estates
and having responsibility over 5 power stations.

the next 5 Years. The significant investment underscores their commitment to making a lasting impact on the industry.
This is a one time opportunity as not only will you gain exposure to IT systems securing estates for the organisations, but you will also be a?orded the opportunity to get involved with a world of technical OT and ICS systems, with a
business that is committed to investing in your expertise as a specialist in the OT arena.
Responsibilities:
• You will work with the SOC team, monitoring security alerts from intrusion detection systems while
documenting and triaging data to escalate as appropriate.
• You will assist in the analysis of system and network logs to identify false positives, data trends and lack of
conformance with security policies.
• You will monitor/ capture operational security KPI’s.
• You will link with external parties to obtain information on current threat actors.
• You will provide your expertise as an SME for projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
• A good understanding of security frameworks such as NIS CAF, IEC62443, ISO27001, NIST, CoBIT, GDPR or
Cyber essentials.
• Have an understanding of IT/ OT compliance assessments and manage IT/ OT Security controls.
• Have knowledge of malware families and Network attack vectors.
• Have knowledge of security tools such as SIEM, WAF, IDS, PAM, IdAM and EDR tools.
• Relevant industry related certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA etc.)
